Buy Mice is a workshop which offers twice a year, in Rome and Milan, the opportunity to the best conferencing facilities and service companies of the Mice world to meet major event organizers openly interested in their offer. Rome and Milan are the two places with the largest concentration of companies, institutions and agencies, and where the organization of meetings and incentives is the most intense of Italy.
THE FORMULA
From 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. exhibitors are available to buyers for one-to-one meetings at their desks. Meetings are free and have no set duration. Their succession is managed by the organisation and the staff of hostesses who optimise the turnover of buyers on the parterre. A cocktail dinner at the close of the event gives to buyers and exhibitors a further opportunity for strengthening mutual knowledge.
