Full Contact Meeting Planner d'Azienda is the workshop where top meeting venues and destinations meet the event planners of leading Italian corporations and associations. Two editions per year for this workshop: the "summer" and the "autumn" one.

Full Contact Discover Italy is the workshop where the highly prestigious Italian venues, destinations and services meet the European most active meeting and incentive planners.

The formula
Full Contact – hosted yearly in a prestigious location – is conceived in such a way that each exhibitor, in a ready-made office stand, can present his own offer to a minimum number of 20 different buyers among those invited to this unique marketplace. These professionals are asked to select their appointments, according to their requirements, before the event. Therefore all meetings originate from a request of the buyers. Appointments are then ordered in tailor made agendas composed of 20-minute slots, resulting in an efficient use of time which enables to take full advantage of this two-days business and networking event.

The value of the Full Contact formula is enhanced by full hospitality for the buyers and by the “all inclusive” service for the exhibitors, including welcome dinner, two nights plus breakfast in a 4-star or superior hotel, two buffet lunches and a gala dinner at the end of the first day’s proceedings.

The attendance as an exhibitor includes the following package:
- a minimum of 20 prearranged meetings with the buyers
- a ready-made office stand with a table, four chairs, lighting and name board
- publication of the company in the catalogue distributed to buyers
- full list of all buyers participants given at the end of the event
- permanent coffee break during the meetings
- welcome dinner
- two nights + breakfast in a double room in a 4-star hotel
- two buffet lunches
- the gala dinner at the end of the first day’s proceedings

The guarantee for exhibitors
If the exhibitor fails to receive the guaranteed number of meeting requests, it will be Ediman’s care to inform him in good time. In this case, the exhibitor can come to a partial participation agreement with Ediman or, if not even a minimum number of meetings have been arranged, back out of the event altogether.
